1. About the site

GuziBase is an unofficial fan project run by one person. It is not affiliated with, authorized by or endorsed by any rights holder, manufacturer, official store or platform.

2. Product information is for reference only

Product details are gathered from official stores, official announcements and user submissions, and may be late, incomplete or wrong. For prices, release dates, order deadlines, specifications and stock, the official source and the store are always the final word.

The stores and websites the site links to are run by third parties. The site is not a party to any purchase and is not responsible for their products, service, shipping, after-sales support or disputes. If you spot a mistake, please let us know through the feedback form.

3. Your account

• You must be at least 13 to create an account (or older, if the law where you live sets a higher age).
• Use a real email address you control, keep your password safe, and take responsibility for everything done with your account.
• Your display name, avatar and bio must not impersonate anyone else or any official body, and must not contain anything listed in section 5.

4. Group buys

• Group buys are started and run by users. The site provides only a place to post them and a timestamped progress trail.
• The site never handles money and offers no guarantee, escrow, proxy buying or shipping. Paid and received statuses are marked by users themselves and are not verified by the site.
• Deals between users — payment, ordering, shipping, customs, distribution, and any loss or dispute that comes from them — are the responsibility of the people involved. The site is not liable for them.
• Before joining, check the organizer’s track record yourself (the completed and reported counts the site shows are only a guide), along with where the goods come from and what the fees cover, and be careful about sending money.
• If a group buy looks suspicious or breaks the rules, use “Report this group” on its page or tell us through the feedback form. The site may hide or close group buys and ban accounts as it sees fit, but has no obligation to step into disputes between users or to recover money on anyone’s behalf.

5. Your content

You are responsible for what you post — comments, your bio and avatar, group-buy descriptions and evidence, and the text and images you submit — and you confirm that you have the right to post it.

You keep the rights to your content. You grant the site a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to store, display, copy, reformat and translate it (including into the site’s other languages) in order to run the site. An accepted submission may be edited and become part of the product catalogue. When you delete something, this licence ends for that content, except for backups kept for a reasonable period.

You may not post:

• pirated or infringing material, including sales or promotion of bootleg merchandise, or other people’s images or work used without permission;
• anything illegal;
• harassment, abuse, hate, threats, or other people’s private information;
• sexual content or anything else unsuitable for a public page;
• spam, traffic-funnelling ads or scams;
• impersonation of another person or of an official body;
• abusive scraping, attacks, or anything else that disrupts the site.

The site may — but is not obliged to — review, hide or remove any content.

6. Copyright and trademarks

Works, characters, trademarks, product images and related material belong to their respective owners. Product images and details are shown on the site only to identify and describe the products.

If you are a rights holder (or act for one) and believe something on the site infringes your rights, send a Copyright / takedown request stating who you are and how you relate to the rights, which work or right is involved, the address of the page, and what you would like done. Once verified, the material will be removed or changed promptly.

7. Suspension and termination

If you break these terms, the site may remove your content, restrict features, or suspend or permanently ban your account, without notice where necessary. You can stop using the site at any time and ask for your account to be deleted through the feedback form, as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimer

The site is provided “as is”. There is no guarantee that its content is accurate, complete or up to date, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Any feature may be changed, paused or discontinued at any time.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for any loss, direct or indirect, arising from using or being unable to use the site, relying on its information, dealings with third-party stores or other users (including group buys), or disputes between users. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as the site changes. When they are, the effective date on this page changes too, and significant changes will be pointed out somewhere prominent on the site. Continuing to use the site after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
